Terms & Conditions of Enrolment:

Boffit Limited Trading as Boffit PT Academy

Please read the following carefully as a contract between yourself and ‘Boffit PT Academy’ is legally binding on submission and receipt of your enrolment form.

Applicable for all courses:-

Applicants must complete a ‘Boffit PT Academy’ official enrolment form and submit to our enrolment team at head office.
All learners must prove their identity, valid forms of acceptance are driver's licence or passport.
The completed enrolment form contracts you to pay for your course(s) in full as detailed at payment stage.
This application will only be accepted on agreement of full payment. Deposits are Not applicable.
All payments are Non-refundable post registration with the awarding body.
Learners on a trial period must note the end date of their trial period and secure payment to continue with their course.
Learners on a trial period who do not secure payment prior to their end date will be immediately removed from their course and all learning / assessments completed during that time will be lost.
All courses and materials expire after 12 months of enrolment date, any learner who has not successfully achieved certification during that time will be required to re-register as a new learner, i.e: making a new full payment if they wish to continue for a second year.
Agreed payment plans will be made on the basis that the course will be paid in full over a 12 month period.
Any agreed payment plan will incur a minimum 20% increase in the total price to cover the cost of additional admin and management fees incurred.
'Boffit PT Academy’ reserves the right to remove from any course, learners that fail to comply with standard practice and procedure.
'Boffit PT Academy’ has the right to refuse enrolment.
Any resources provided are the property of the owner and must only be used as a reference and are not to be downloaded or removed or resold.
Learners may upgrade their support package at any time during their course provided they make a full payment of the difference in price for the upgraded package.
Certification will be guaranteed provided the learner completes the course within the relevant timeframe, max 12 months from enrolment date, and meets all assessment criteria to the relevant standard.
Certificates are issued in digital format on confirmation of course completion via the awarding body. *note this date will differ from the date of course completion notified by your course tutor and is dependant on moderation approval from the internal and external verifiers.
Certification may take up to 4-6 weeks from the completion date of your course.
Certificates will not be issued for courses unless full course payment has been made.
Any required pre-requisites for courses must be copied and held on file at ‘Boffit PT Academy’ HQ prior to learner registration.
Learners who are inactive online for a period of 90 days or longer may be removed from the course
'Boffit PT Academy’ has the right to withdraw learners that do not make the agreed payment.
All post level 3 courses will be given a 3 month deadline to complete however learners may request an extension for any reason up to the maximum 12 month allowance.

Cancellations and/or refunds:

Cancellation or changes of course dates, course content, course venues, course times and prices may vary to those published. In this case we will make every effort to transfer your booking to the next available dates or venues. Please note we will notify you in advance of any changes listed above and will not be held liable for costs/loses incurred as a result of such changes.
Refunds: Any cancellations must be made within 7 days of booking and before registration with the awarding body.
Refunds requested after 7 days and/or after registration has taken place, if approved, will incur administration fees to cover costs of registration. Refunds in this instance will be made as a credit note towards future Boffit PT Academy course bookings.

Applicable for B-PT Mentor packages only:

PT Mentor hours are to be booked directly with the PT Mentor and will be dependant on availability, learners can expect up to 10-12 hours of practical mentor time.
Practical hours will cover the key elements of the formative assessment for level 2 and training systems for level 3 in accordance to the awarding body's scheme of work.
PT Mentors are not employees of 'Boffit PT Academy' or 'Boffit Limited' or any of its subsidiaries therefore learners must acknowledge that in the event that a PT Mentor is not available for services 'Boffit PT Academy' does not accept any responsibility for hours lost. 'Boffit PT Academy' will where possible find an alternative PT mentor to assist but this is not a guarantee.
PT Mentors acting on behalf of 'Boffit PT Academy’ reserve the right to remove from any course, learners that fail to comply with standard practice and procedure.
Learners referred to the BOFFIT PT Academy by a PT Mentor will receive the course delivered, in its entirety, at the 24/7 tutor support level. additional practical sessions will be set directly by the PT Mentor. Any other additional services provided by the PT Mentor, examples of but not exclusive to, job / interview offers, additional practical training, business coaching, are at their discretion of the PT Mentor and must be entered into at the learners own free will. BOFFIT is not liable for any additional services provided by the PT Mentor.

Applicable for Become an Academy only:

A Partnership will only be agreed on acceptance of application and issue of a partnership offer letter.
The confirmed 'Academy' partner are solely responsible for generating their own learners
There are no contracts just a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 5 courses per annum to stay active.
MOQ is paid at the self-study rate, BOFFIT PT Academy will provide the 24/7 support package.
The Partner Academy will be responsible for their own resale of courses recommended for either the 24/7 or PT Mentor support level.
'Partner Academy' PT Mentors must hold their own valid Public Liability Insurance to cover, Boffit Limited does not accept any liability for learners whilst under the supervision of a 'Boffit PT Academy' PT Mentor
'Partner Academy' PT Mentors must ensure all learners follow the code of practice and complete all relevant health checks as required of the facility ownership from which they trade on a daily basis
Boffit Limited holds the right to withhold any payment if there is a breach to any of the terms above.
