Full course payment - By purchasing this product you are agreeing to pay the full course price of £760.

Learners who complete the course with outstanding payments will not be eligible for certification until the full payment of fees has been received. Boffit Limited retain the right to remove any learner from a course, and request all learning materials back, if due payments are not met whithin the agreed timeframes.

You can request a full refund amount up to 7 working days after confirmation that your initial purchase has been completed, provided the course has not started. Course starts immediately after enrolment has been completed with the Awarding body (Focus Awards. Any request for withdrawal after 7 days following purchase, or once the course has started, if approved, will receive a credit note which can be used towards paying for a future Boffit online course or product. This will only be granted during the first 4 weeks of the course. Credit notes expire after 12 months. Courses that cannot be continued or rescheduled will be refunded in full. Saturdays, Sundays or UK public holidays are not counted as “working days.

Timescale for refund - Boffit Limited will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you requested it.
